To make an appointment with South Trace Pediatrics call 985-9424.  All Office Visits are by Appointment Only to ensure the best use of time for both our patients and our physician.  Walk-ins are discouraged unless there is a true emergency situation.

When scheduling an appointment, please furnish the patient's name, age and reason for the visit.  This will help our schedulers allow the proper amount of time for your child's visit.

We ask that you arrive at the office at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.  If you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer that time to someone else.

Emergencies arise.  We do our best to advise you if there is going to be a delay.  If your schedule won't allow you to wait, we will be happy to offer the services of another available physician or reschedule.  Your patience and cooperation during busy times is appreciated.  Every effort will be made to keep your wait time to a minimum.

Please keep us informed of changes in your address, health insurance, or phone numbers at home and at work.  Updated information allows us to contact you for appointment changes, lab results, etc.

Monday-Friday  8:00 a.m. -  4:30 p.m. 
Closed 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p. m.
The 8:00 - 9:00 hour is reserved for sick visits only, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Call ahead or come by.
